Lawyers Marketing Agency has developed a proprietary Strategic Planning Survey specifically for lawyers. The survey includes an executive summary that can be used as a base for your law firm's strategic marketing plan.
The survey includes a series of questions we have fine tuned for our legal partners. We pose this series of questions to key people within law firms to gain a base of solid information and process inclusion/buy-in. Questions capture staff member's thoughts on the effectiveness of the current law firm marketing plan, how the firm is perceived by clients, where the firm would like its marketing efforts to be in the future, etc.
The strategic planning project includes:
- Our proprietary series of questions developed for law firms (plus 1-3 custom questions you may add);
- We conduct one-on-one interviews with 4-5 key staff members (we recommend both attorneys and staff be represented);
- Phone or in-person interviews are available;
- We present an executive summary report on the findings and provide an electronic copy as well;
- The process takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour per person.
